Aviate Support
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I restore my Aviate Pro subscription?
If you've already purchased Aviate Pro and it isn't showing as active, open Settings in the Aviate app and tap Restore Purchases. Ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that was used to purchase the subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your Aviate account at any time by opening Settings and selecting Delete Account.
Deleting your account removes your login details, learning progress and associated account data from Aviate's systems. This action cannot be undone.

First, check that you're using the same sign-in method you used when creating your account (Email, Google or Apple).

Why does Aviate need microphone access?
Microphone access is only required for optional Flight Radio voice exercises.
