Paddle Sport Coaching
Having good paddle skills is the key to being safe and enjoying being out kayaking or SUP'ing. To get those skills, most of us will need a bit of help from others. Getting professional coaching is a great way of reaching your goals - whether it's helping you to start out, expanding your skills to a new environment or you want to ensure you're able to rescue others.
Nick has been a provider of Paddle UK qualifications for the past 15 years and has coached hundreds of people to improve their personal paddling, safety and leadership skills. If you live near Christchurch and want to improve your paddle skills, then we'd love to hear from you!
Personal Skills
Do you want to improve your sea kayak, SUP or canoe skills? We can help you whatever your goals!
Maybe you've got the basics nailed but you want help becoming more efficient. Or perhaps you've just bought your first SUP and you want help standing up!

Our coaching is friendly and patient, but most importantly its tailored to what you want to learn.
Safety Skills
Can you confidently get your friend or child back into their kayak if they fall out? Can you get yourself onto your SUP if there is wind or swell? Do you know how to rescue your kayak if it gets pinned on a river?

We can teach you from scratch or help improve and refresh your existing skills. Our safety skills training is practical and tailored to the paddling you do and the problems you are likely to encounter.

Full Day - $350

All bookings are private and can have up to six people. The coaching needs to take place within 1 hours drive from Christchurch. Price does not include equipment
